Agastache, a little nugget from the 6th arrondissement that delighted us from starter to dessert, including the interludes.
It’s rare enough to be reported: a table that thrills you on all the dishes. Without a false note, from the plate to the service (including the musical atmosphere).
Where is this place of rejoicing? At 13 rue Duguesclin, in the 6th arrondissement.
After a visit to Alain Ducasse and Pierre GagnaireBenjamin Millard, the chef of Agastache has joined Christian Tedoie in his summer restaurant Les Terrasses de l’Antiquaille, took the helm of Arsenic, “the nursery of chefs” of the Lyonnais chef, before returning to be assistant chef at the gourmet restaurant.
A cuisine for which he claims the inspiration of nature, through, in particular, respect for the seasonality of the products.
