Button mushrooms are really too good! We are used to finding them in a lot of traditional recipes such as fine pies or the famous mushroom risotto but this week we decided to sublimate them in original recipes. As a duxelle in a roast chicken and carrot burger or even caramelized in aperitif muffins with walnuts and Emmental from Savoie… Discover our ideas for a treat! Here is our turnkey menu of the week, with original recipes, easy to make and quick to cook from Monday to Friday.
We start the week with a mini-price maxi flavors menu! Tuesday, we fly to Mexico with a muy caliente menu before delighting the children (and the big children) on Wednesday. Thursday, we give the star to button mushrooms in recipes that change. Friday, it’s quickly done very well done. We take advantage of the weekend to have fun in the kitchen with an amazing menu on Saturday and long simmered dishes on Sunday.

The menu from October 10 to 16 was…
We started the week with small gourmet dishes (and we were convinced that this chocolate cake from Pierre Hermé would not leave you indifferent)! Tuesday, it was all pasta and Wednesday, we went in search of gourmet forgotten vegetables. After sublimating the hazelnuts from starter to dessert on Thursday, we let ourselves be tempted by small dishes as tasty as they are quick to make on Friday. Saturday, we met for an appetizing head to head and we extended the festivities around a chef’s meal to end the week well.
