On Saturday, the Biocoop teams celebrated the opening of their restaurant in their store in the Plaisance area, the culmination of several months of hard work.

It is the culmination of collective work that the director of Narbonne Biocoop and his teams celebrated with their guests on Saturday lunchtime: the organic restaurant, supplied in a short circuit and with seasonal products, can now welcome its customers all lunchtimes from Monday to Friday. It will offer a new menu each season and a new menu each week, highlighting products or ways of preparing ingredients that can be found in the store. Each staff member has taken up the tools of his trade after 4 months of various works which have enabled this great achievement.
