Le Syndicat bar signs a new ephemeral cocktail menu with chefs!

Le Syndicat is perhaps one of the trendiest bars in Paris in recent years. Since its opening, the address is accustomed to the World’s 50 Best ranking in the bar category. It must be said that with its atypical cocktail creations, always based on alcohol and French products, and its exclusive atmosphere behind a speakeasy-style facade, Le Syndicat is a real UFO in the landscape of night Parisian. And since September 27, a new menu has brought together the creativity of the address’s mixologists and the imagination of the greatest French chefs! Until spring 2023, “Under the Same Star”, this inventive menu presents 12 cocktails designed around the cuisine and history of 6 chefs, who have each created 2 creations combining terroir and modernity.

When gastronomy and mixology meet at the Syndicat

For this collaborative and temporary menu, Le Syndicat has invited some of the biggest names in French cuisine of recent years behind its counter. Because with the bartenders mixologists, there are 6 exceptional chefs (and chefs) who are credited on the menu. The original Adrien Cachot, finalist of Top Chef, and the audacious Louise Bourrat, last winner of the flagship show, find the former judge Michel Sarran, also present in this virtuoso lineup. Amandine Chaignot – who opened her remarkable Café de Luce in Paris last year – is also there. Just like the talented chefs Amaury Bouhours and Pierre-Jean Quinonero! At the heart of this common menu, a highlighting of French products and French terroir. Between land and sea, alcohols, liqueurs and other French spirits skillfully dance on our taste buds in association with fruits, marine flavors, herbal infusions, spices…

A poetic menu, as visual as it is tasteful, the cocktails pushing back the limits of creativity and aesthetics, as usual at the Syndicate. “Under the Same Star”, a menu that we were able to test in preview, is undeniably one of the unmissable discoveries of this return to Paris. We particularly recommend the “Ossa” cocktail, imagined by Adrien Cachot, of which only the alcohol serving as the base is revealed, the rest of the ingredients remaining secret for an unusual carnivorous getaway. Or the “🍑”, a sweet fruity journey with apricot, by Pierre-Jean Quinonero. All the creative cocktails of this collaboration deserve to be tasted: that’s good, the menu remains until next spring.
