The images show the electric vehicle stopping in front of a store, then suddenly returning to the road, accelerating sharply without braking for more than two kilometers.
After hitting people, the car finally veers off the road. The exact causes of the accident are not known but the driver claimed to have had problems with the brake pedal. Tesla said it would help police investigate.
