- 300g beef chuck
- 40 g beef or veal fat, chopped by your butcher
- 6 thin slices of smoked bacon
- 2 burger buns
- 60 g cantal
- 4 thin slices of fresh tomato
- 30g sweet and sour pickles
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lettuce heart
- A few dashes of tabasco or chilli sauce
- Also, 2 tablespoons oil
- Finally, 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
The steps of the recipe!
To make this hamburger recipe, shape 2 thick steaks of about 2 cm then place them in the fridge for at least an hour. Slice the pickles, then slice the lettuce after washing it. Then cut the cheese into thin slices. To prepare the sauce, mix the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise and add a dash of chilli.
In a large skillet, pour the oil and cook the smoked breast over medium heat. Remove it without washing the pan. Then oil and salt the steaks and place them in the hot pan. Cook them for 3 minutes on each side. Lightly brush the steaks on both sides with mustard, then flip and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove the steaks from the oven, then pepper and scatter the brisket slices and cheese over the steaks. Then place them in the oven that you have previously preheated to 100°C for 2 to 3 minutes.
Place the hamburger buns in the pan and let them brown for 2 minutes. Then place the tomato slices on the base of the bread. Now mix the salad with the dressing and spread half of it on the bread. Add the steaks and top with the pickle slices. Finally, add a little salad sauce and add the top of the buns. Enjoy your lunch ! This recipe will delight the whole family!
