The restaurant is on the corner of the street, right in the center of Bressols. Here, we are not likely to find our plate empty. In this case, not before having savored the delights concocted by Manuel Martin and his whole team who have taken over this refuge on the main axis which crosses the village, and which gives onto the Chemin de la Rive leading to the Tarn. The place is appreciable to enjoy a moment of break embellished by the pleasure of the taste buds.
For the chef, the emphasis is on the quality of the cuisine: “We offer traditional dishes, with a specialty strongly oriented towards fish cuisine” indicates Manuel Martin.
Since 2017, the restaurant has delighted these guests with a few dishes including scallops, or grilled fish that have left no customer indifferent. Eat, taste, savor and bite, it’s time to sit down to eat.
To make this very welcoming little restaurant shine, it was necessary to get into the kitchen: “We have taken particular care in the reception and layout of the premises, it is essential” points out the team. Because the chef works with his wife Sophie. When he is in the kitchen, she is in the dining room to serve. Today, the team is made up of five people, and soon even six because the team will expand: “The restaurant has about forty seats in three air-conditioned rooms, and we have an indoor terrace”.
Every day, life must be eaten to enjoy it: “A room can be used for seminars, a good part of our clientele is loyal, and another part is changing, it’s really a pleasure to serve it” emphasizes Manuel Martin. Finally, no one should hesitate to come and taste it since life is short. And advice, have a dessert.
