Laura Rollier and Adrien Audino, both from Saint-Loup, carried out their project. After buying an old farmhouse at 28 rue de Bains in the leafy village of Fleurey-lès-Saint-Loup, they set about renovating this imposing building. At first, Adrien had set up his activity as an electrician there.

The work, from floor to ceiling, was done in part by the young couple, their family, friends and neighbors, keeping the beams while offering a decor that is both modern and charming, very successful!

Laura, soon to be 30 years old, has a BEP in cooking and hospitality, and has been working in this field for nearly fifteen years. She cut her teeth with her uncle and aunt, managers of the restaurant “La Semouse” in Aillevillers.

Laura then joined the restaurant of Clovis Chauvelot in Saint-Loup (“La table de Clovis”) then worked for 10 years at the restaurant “Gérôme et Vincent”, still in the city of furniture and Maison Capdet as a pastry chef.

“I am alone in the kitchen, making dishes based on local products, meat and fish, organic fruit and vegetables, seasonal products, in a large bright kitchen,” says Laura Rollier. Adrien manages the logistics and the service, assisted by the waitress Corinne who is full time.
