16 new addresses that spiced up the Strasbourg summer

As almost every summer in Strasbourg, we attend the ball of new business openings. A ritual that we follow with pleasure and curiosity. These restaurants, bars, tea room or recreation room opened their doors recently and deserve to be presented.

An intimate Mexican bistro with multiple culinary surprises, Aida opened its doors in the heart of Krutenau last April. Chef Daniel Fierro offers creative cuisine with South American influences. Warning: once you’ve tasted it, you can’t live without it.

He imports all his coffee beans from the Halong Bay country and roasts them here, in Alsace. Notice to lovers of cold brew and other coffee lattes.
